Staff treats you like you're there every day. There is nothing to complain about when it comes to food. Incredible. The shop is very nice and homely furnished.

Unfortunately the meat is not of good quality. Things were much, much better back then. Fries, pizza and salads are good.

Long delivery time and half of the order was forgotten, the parsley salad was no longer completely fresh and an ayran was damaged and the cola and fries were missing. I ordered the following things and I'm disappointed with them Order Shawarma Spar Menu for €20, Kapssa plate for €8.50 Tabbouleh salad for €5.50 Ayran 0.25l for €4.00

My group and I ordered there twice - the first and last time! We ordered food there online at 11:30 a.m. for 7 people and had it delivered. Confirmation came via email that the food would be delivered at 12:45 p.m.... the owner tried at 12:20? to reach me by phone. Since we had a meeting, the phones were silent and I missed the call; a message was not left on the voicemail. At 12:38 p.m. I called the operator to find out where our order was because our meeting schedule was messed up. There I was told that they had tried in vain to reach me and that they would now deliver in 10 minutes. The delivery then took place - after the first participant had to leave due to further appointments - at 12:50 p.m. by a bad-tempered, unfriendly person who neither greeted nor apologized and then was not even able to handle an order of 82 ,- € on a 200,- € note or accept card payment. After we had raised the appropriate amount of €82, the person disappeared as without a greeting as he came - NEVER AGAIN!
