Until now I only knew the shop by walking past. Today we had two kebab plates and a kebab sandwich and fries delivered to our home. We have 3 kebab shops here in Nordend. Unfortunately, they have always disappointed me in terms of taste and quality. I was even more surprised by the quality. Vegetables were crisp and fresh: (cucumber, tomatoes, red cabbage, green lettuce, parsley). The kebab sauce was particularly impressive. Tasted fresh (not stale) and was well seasoned.

The food there is good, we've tried it before. In this regard we can only recommend it. Aaaallerding: I ordered food via the store's own website and then drove there ten minutes later. There would be no receipt. Am I in the wrong store? Okay, checked, no, website only offers this address. I didn't get any food. Why not? If the receipt still comes... I would have to pay twice because they don't want to be stuck with it. Then I asked whether I should sit here for another 30 minutes and wait to see if a receipt still arrives? I could cancel the receipt - no, because I haven't received any response, how should I cancel it? Instead of assuming at this point that the order won't go through and simply preparing the food and selling it, we stuck with the stubborn approach: cancel or pay twice. I chose the third option and left. If some receipt slipped out later, it wouldn't be my bad luck. There should be a culture of error and treating me like a stupid person because, firstly, I push for a solution and secondly, I would like to take food with me, is not helpful. What has the store gained now? If in doubt, the receipt came out later and they prepared three meals for free. In the best case scenario, no more receipts were received. And they didn't lose or sell any food. But they have now lost us as a customer.
