1 star is even too much... 2015-today we were always satisfied.. Be it the old employees, the taste or the price, everything was right.. Went there on the weekend and recommended it to friends who visited us from afar.. We've barely been there, new staff, very very very unfriendly.. Prices are low compared to others but don't let that blind you please.. Wanted to eat a small kebab all of a sudden there is only one standard size.. Well I only wanted to order a large kebab with white cabbage, meat and Sauce... What I got in my hand was just nothing, there was more white cabbage to be seen than meat. The speech was met with a lot of indiscreet answers like it's a standard kebab for the price, what do you expect... "she" doesn't exist in the vocabulary either... I then insisted that they should add more meat... He did that unintentionally but only so little that in retrospect it looked almost exactly the same Not closed because of too little meat, of course that's partly why this type of customer service doesn't work. I'd rather spend €6-7 and have something clever and be served in a friendly manner. It's up to each person but I wouldn't recommend anyone else here.

I was just so disappointed with the kebab. The lady didn't even wash her hands (she was eating something in the kitchen) and then she touched my kebab. Really unfriendly staff, especially the lady with black hair. The kebab didn't taste good at all, it was so dry and just not fresh. The veal also had a funny smell. Once and never again! You think because it's so central and big that it also offers quality, but no, that was definitely not the case. Not recommended! I couldn't even eat half of the kebab...I went there without any expectations and I was still disappointed 😳

Why did you close the shop? I loved these wraps. There is nothing like it anywhere!!! Please come back.
