Cozy restaurant with cheap dishes. Unfortunately the food and service did not meet my expectations. Vitello Tonnato with great meat but unfortunately no noticeable tuna, just mayonnaise taste, decorated with currants. Unfortunately, Scaloppine al Limone is not made from veal and not pounded thin, but two thick pork schnitzels. The sauce was far too thin and the vegetables were breaded with dried herbs. The Spaghetti Vongole was perfectly cooked but unfortunately very bland and there were a lot of mussel shells with nothing inside, which had probably broken during cooking. Aperol was served warm with sweet sparkling wine and the Sambuca tasted terrible. I cannot recommend the restaurant, especially since the owner's dog barked loudly on the terrace non-stop during the meal and we could hardly have a conversation because of the noise in the restaurant. It's a shame, we were so happy. A good Italian restaurant with friendly service would be a real asset in Pinneberg.

This is not an angry assessment, but rather a well-considered one with some distance. We came here on a Saturday evening around 1830 with our 3 year old daughter after a walk. Two tables were occupied, one was just free when we arrived. We were greeted unfriendly and told off that we should have made a reservation. The entrance gate actually says: “Make reservations if possible.” But it wasn't possible for us because we couldn't read it until we arrived. There's nothing online about it. In addition, “as possible” does not mean “exclusively”. In a still unfriendly tone, we were informed that generally only four tables were served (one was occupied) and that they didn't have enough food for us because they always prepared everything fresh and couldn't buy anything new for the next day. My question as to whether there was anything that could be done - also in view of the disappointed toddler - was answered with a sharp, customer-oriented "no". With a little distance you could either accept it and not rate it at all (we didn't eat there). But some things about it are so annoying that I would like to warn against this shop. Firstly, the enormous unfriendliness. The customer is immediately blamed for the situation (you could also politely apologize). Secondly, the fresh preparation argument is all well and good, but others do that too. This shouldn't push a restaurant to its limits if three tables are occupied on a Saturday evening. Then at some point you can give up on catering. Now the owner will of course answer that everything was completely different (she does so unprofessionally with every negative review), that she wasn't unfriendly at all and that everything was fresh... It doesn't matter at all: our experience as potential customers was catastrophic and with the Due to the excellent Pinneberg restaurant landscape, I can only strongly advise against this shop!
