I don't quite understand the reviews here. We were there for the first time today, and we received a warm welcome. The service was very attentive and friendly. The food was delicious and beautifully prepared. We had pizza, pasta, and a casserole, as well as pasta for the kids. We had a Buschtta first. Every change to the dish was noted and implemented. The premises are dated and not exactly inviting, but the food is excellent, and that's a reason to come back.

It should be noted that the location and ambiance are very nice. The wait staff apparently didn't feel like bothering to ask about available seats, and we were only vaguely "assigned" a seat by pointing in one direction. We quickly received our menus from another server; she was friendly. The wait time was reasonable; we initially only had drinks. A request for something to eat, which came a little later, was "dismissed" with the explanation that we should ask a colleague, but she just rushed past us. There was no inquiry as to whether everything was okay. The drinks we ordered were quite expensive (the iced tea pictured was just under six euros). - Regarding the restrooms, it can be said that they are very modern and clean, but only one toilet stall was lockable, there was a roll of paper towels between the sinks, and the soap and disinfectant had probably been out for a very long time. All in all, we decided not to visit the place again.
