The pizza dough did appear to be gluten-free, but people with a severe gluten allergy cannot touch the plate on which the gluten-free pizza is placed with hands with which you have just cleaned up other plates or dirty napkins. Furthermore, friendly service, delicious food, attractive atmosphere. But definitely not recommended if you have to eat gluten-free.
