We had reserved a table for 14 people in time for a Christmas party, with a telephone number to call back. When we 7 married couples arrived, we were all sent away on the grounds that the table had been canceled on our part, which was definitely not the case. This has never happened to us in any other restaurant, there was no apology, with the consequence that none of us would ever eat there again. Note: The restaurant was not fully occupied at the time and with a bit of goodwill a place could have been improvised.
