Very friendly service staff. Excellent food, artfully prepared.

Unfortunately, I can't give any stars - we (two people) received a warm welcome, but were shocked to discover that we had to pay an extra charge of €10 for the (extra) plates and fresh cutlery that were brought to us without being asked (we wanted to share the starter). We still don't have the words for it. We, two people, dined with you for €80! And then something like that... there can't be any stars for that. Good service should not only include friendliness, but above all honesty. It would make sense if they discussed such an approach as a team. Furthermore, every restaurant can be expected to provide fresh cutlery for the main course. You would never expect an “extra service charge” for this, but would describe this as an outrage.

Well, there isn't a large selection of restaurants in Ludwigsfelde. Nevertheless, there is no reason to eat here and spend your money without a lack of choice and possibly give a good review! - I was here a total of 4 times, all 4 times the service was uninterested, inattentive, slow, inflexible and unfriendly. Special requests will not be accommodated. The quality of the food is mediocre (to inferior) and the prices are far too expensive in relation to the quality. - I know Italian restaurants in Berlin that beat this restaurant by far in terms of service, quality and price. - When it comes to “atmosphere” it may be a matter of taste. To me it seems old-fashioned and dingy.
