This restaurant has an idyllic atmosphere. Very nicely designed! Emilio and his family are warm and entertaining people. Always cheerful, authentic and hospitable. Just come by and see for yourself.

Hervorragende Qualität der Speisen und Weine gepaart mit der Eleganz und dem Charme des Hausherrn beim Service. Der Gastraum ist angenehm unaufgeregt dekoriert. Was will man mehr von einem schönen Abend im Restaurant. Wir kommen wieder, wenn wir in Berlin weilen.

I'm a big fan of La Pizzetta. Very tasty pizzas and really cheap. You sit comfortably. The owner is really nice. Great value for money.

The food was amazing. Great wine and service. Very authentic Italian cuisine. The weekly menu had something for everyone. I would definitely go again!! Highly recommended.

Ci sediamo ad un tavolo quasi verso l'uscita, spoglio e senza tovaglia, mentre gli altri tavoli più interni alla sala sono tutti con tovaglia. Non ci apparecchiano, ma al tavolo nudo aggiungono le sole posate col tovagliolo. Scegliamo in base al menù che ci era stato portato, il cameriere prende l'ordine, ma appena alcuni minuti dopo, appare Donatella (la responsabile?) e ci dice, neanche troppo gentilmente, che in cucina non è possibile fare tre primi piatti diversi insieme. Bisogna sceglierne uno per tutti e tre uguale. Siamo alla mensa? In cucina chi c'è? Ovviamente abbiamo declinato, annullando l'ordine per i primi piatti. Ci siamo seduti alle 19:15, ci hanno portato l'acqua minerale, che avevamo richiesto appena seduti con molto ritardo. Alle 20:30 è arrivato l'antipasto (vorspeise). Un'ora e un quarto d'attesa e nel frattempo niente, nemmeno il pane, arrivato poco prima dell'antipasto con qualche oliva (salata). Il calice di vino, chiesto due volte all'inizio, è arrivato alle 20:15. Il ristorante non era nemmeno pieno, cos'è, uno scherzo? Che organizzazione hanno? Comunque, gli amici che erano con me e che hanno mangiato altro tipo di antipasto (quello diversificato per tre ce l'hanno concesso...) dicono che era tutto buono. Tutto? Beh, l'antipasto per me (fagioli cannellini con capesante) non era niente di che, troppo sapido e con una quantità industriale di pepe. I dolci li hanno presi loro, e ne hanno parlato bene. Io ho preferito non prendere più niente, all'inizio non mi sono alzato e non sono andato via solo perché ero in compagnia e non volevo rovinare la serata agli amici... Pessima serata.

Delicious food, always friendly service, fair prices

Delicious food and great service... the food was fantastic... I had a steak with fries and salad... It was juicy and really good in taste... My wife had a scampi pizza - everything was delicious.. .

We were there for the third time a few days ago. The service was very attentive. Although it was well attended, it went quickly. I had schnitzel with fried potatoes, which were great. The other dishes were also great, and the price was also right. Thanks

The best pizza I have ever eaten, an absolute insider tip if you are near Berliner Straße or Bayerischer Platz or Schöneberg Town Hall. Wafer thin, freshly topped and always delicious. You can taste it. Price performance is still awesome.

Only pizza and pasta as main courses – no classics like Saltimbocca alla Romana or Melanzane alla Parmigiana. Quality is decent and the service is attentive – but sorry, that’s not enough for a true Italian restaurant. No dessert menu? Oh man. It would be so easy to fix: at least offer some Häagen-Dazs ice cream, a simple panna cotta with raspberry sauce, and maybe a few cantuccini. The furniture feels randomly thrown together. Honestly, if you want this to be more than just a pizza delivery joint with seating, there’s work to do. There’s a lot of potential here – make something of it!

Small menu with changing dishes, Italians cook for you here, you eat at small tables right in the supermarket... I love it. Prices are normal. S.P.Q.R

The food is very tasty! The staff are also very friendly. I can highly recommend Il Monte.
