Very friendly staff and fantastic pizzas.

As always, pizza was really good, good value for money. However, due to a lack of staff, we waited three quarters of an hour for 2 pizzas. My pizza came with extra ingredients, but a standard ingredient was missing. It wasn't the end of the world for me, but I wasn't offered any compensation (free drink or something similar) and I even had to pay the one euro for my additional ingredient. When asked about it, they just evaded it, which is a shame...really not great service! Mistakes happen, but you should be able to deal with them better in order to satisfy the guest. No more coming, unfortunately!
