I was in Nuremberg on a business trip and stayed at the hotel. It was a nice hotel with clean rooms. Friendly owners. Good value for money. Breakfast included.

EDIT After this top-down answer, I am changing the rating to 1 star. If this is a mistake on your part that you acknowledge, why not offer a refund? Inexperienced staff may be possible, but unskilled no. So not knowing the prices, not knowing the map and not being able to use the cash register is not acceptable. What understanding do you want? Furthermore, why don't you get a receipt automatically? And no, expecting Kalamata olives is not excessive. A glass isn't that expensive, and you don't put half a glass on every pizza. But yes, you can also see in your answers in the other reviews that you don't accept answers but feedback and distort the guest's perception so that it's actually their own fault, they should save themselves criticism and accept everything. —— The pizzas are above average and delicious. But there is still room for improvement when it comes to ingredients. A higher quality salami would improve the whole thing. The same applies to the olives. Why are blackened green olives chosen from the bottom shelf here instead of delicious black olives? E.g. Kalamata olives. As is well known, taste can be debated. I'm only giving it two stars because the evening ended up being very strange: - The fact that we had to wait over 20 minutes for our Apérol Spritz was unpleasant but was blamed on the many orders. We didn't think anything of it at first. But even the two spritzers for the children took over 15 minutes. At that point, 3 tables were occupied, including our table. So where was all the work here? - People are constantly coming to pick up orders. The two service staff prioritize their efforts on serving the pick-up customers instead of the guests sitting inside. - One of the service staff was always busy looking away so that you wouldn't politely ask her for an additional drink, another dish or the bill. - We were told that there are also “kids’ pizzas”. When paying, the surprise came: the waitresses didn't even know the price of the children's pizza and had to call the operator first. The end result was that the children's pizza was priced at €7. Each additional ingredient costs €1.50 extra. This means that ham, salami and olives on a children's pizza cost €11.50. So the same price as an adult pizza with even more ingredients. This is pure rip off! When I mentioned this, I was told “I don’t really know what the prices are either.” - So there are waitresses working who don't know the card, can't give any price information and admit that they don't know anything. - Operating the cash register system was also new territory. It was so difficult that no receipt was issued. In order to make sure of the invoice amount, I then added up the prices from the card. Then I noticed the rip-off with the children's pizza. That was the first and last time we ate there. No idea about their own products, little desire to serve them and local guests take priority over online orders. To be honest, no restaurant will operate and only do pick-up.

A really great place to eat. Whenever I go out to eat there with my parents, I order the same thing: "Spaghetti Frutti di Mare," they don't skimp on seafood here and it tastes incredibly delicious. The staff is really nice and the atmosphere is also really pleasant.
