Even at an airport the waiting times are shorter. There are 5 people behind the counter, but you still have to wait forever. Not recommended, been disappointed here 3 times now…

Unfortunately I can't say anything about the food, etc., or fortunately even if it's delicious as you hear. But it's a no go if a dog sniffs and looks at the gate, and mind you, he's on the sidewalk, which he scares away badly There are even hints of kicking.
