First the positives, the food was good, not outstanding but good and fresh. Ambience is ok, a bit cramped and small, nothing special. What I found unacceptable is the following: My choice of main course was a Quattro Stagioni. My request for a change to the order was simply to swap the salami in one of the quarters for a spicy version. Not in addition, just replacing it. When the bill came, I was amazed that this service was charged at three euros. Especially since the covering is declared differently in the additional covering list. When I asked, the only answer I got was that he had to calculate it that way. It's a shame the service employee probably realized that I was just passing through and not a potential new regular customer and just wanted to cash in. Luckily there are other restaurants in and around Ansbach.

You could almost count the tortellini in two hands after they were warmed up in the microwave. We have never gotten so little for our money anywhere else. The taste of finished products is also simple. Pizza was edible, but not good either. The service and the “boss” below all... Not one cent of ours will ever end up there again.
