We have been going to the Swans for many years. Family celebrations, birthday dinners, regulars' get-togethers... The quality, the taste and the overall impression... What can you say about this. Everything fits. My expectations have been exceeded every time with every dish. When I'm not eating Bastian Z. (which I do very often :-)), I'm also happy that I can order things for myself that aren't on the menu. Even more unusual ones. Not just in relation to restaurants but in general to shops/products/services, where can you still find the feeling of being happy and enthusiastic every time? I often go to starred restaurants. You have to free yourself from all the ChiChi and what surrounds it. And if it's all about the food, the quality and the taste, there is no difference in terms of craftsmanship.
