We had an unforgettable dining experience at Kranz Schopfheim. The service was top-notch, warm and attentive without being overbearing. You can truly feel the love and care that goes into every detail. We sat outside on their charming terrace, which added to the cozy and relaxed atmosphere. The food? Absolutely amazing. Every dish felt like a homemade specialty. We started with the Bärlauch Suppe, their house favorite — creamy, fragrant, and utterly delicious. For mains, we tried the Cordon Bleu with Bärlauch and the Cannelloni (made from crepes, filled with spinach and minced meat, in a rich tomato sauce). Each bite was a joy — it's hard to say which plate was better, as everything was simply perfect. We paired the meal with a glass of excellent wine, which rounded out the evening beautifully.
