Delicious Italian cuisine there...nothing to complain about

The food tasted excellent; the waiter had promised it would be a main course, but it wasn't enough for that. Hugo came non-alcoholic, why? Our bread for starters was forgotten, and no more was served. It's a shame. We were also forgotten when paying. The waiter didn't dare come back to our table, and his colleague had to collect the money. It's a shame; it was all very unprofessional; we left disappointed. For the high prices, you expect high-quality service.
