So I ordered via Lieferando. The order itself went smoothly. But now my but. For a minimum order value of 50 euros for delivery conditions, I expect something. The 30 minutes that were given turned into 60. Ok, it can happen, I'll still survive. What was ordered was a kebab menu with a drink of your choice and tzatziki. So in terms of size it was half. OK. But the contents of such a large kebab are really pitiful. 1 spoon of zaziki.smeared on the edge. So you had to look for meat. In the salad. Apparently there is no sauce. So for the menu 12.90 is outrageous. Because the cola costs 2.90 euros and the kebab costs 10 euros. impudence. Menu2. Pizza salami. With sauce shoulder of ham With extra cheese So the pizza was very dry. As if this had been warned twice. No ham and the extra cheese was ignored. With the salad. Well, a little Iceberg 1 cucumber slice 2 tomatoes and a bit of corn. Schnitzel Viennese style. So the schnitzel was with lemon. No supplement was requested. Still came with fries. The schnitzel cannot be eaten due to allergies And now 8.90 goes in the trash. 4 bottles of cola. Top So sorry, pizza and snacks and kebab things you should really cut out. Not the first time I've gotten shit like this. Your indi stuff is super cool. But with a minimum order value of 50 euros and 3 different things, I'm absolutely disappointed and really sad about it. That it is now packaged like this twice. So no, not three more times!!

Ordered food via Lieferando and was bitterly disappointed!!!! Unfortunately the food didn't taste good at all. Anyone who has any knowledge of Indian dishes would not offer something like this. Unfortunately, authentic Indian food is not possible here.

Food is fantastic, but they serve it only as take away. We came to the restaurant and the food was ready in 15 minutes. It turned out to be tptally worth the effort.

Last night I bought 2 kebabs with red sauce, opened them at home and almost fell over from the smell!!! I don't know if it was the meat or the sauce but it was spoiled!! Nobody even took a bite! It all ended up in the bin. Never again!!!!

I provided the delivery person with the full address, hotel name and room number. I even sent him a location PIN and the hotel staff also explained how to get to the hotel. He just disappeared with my food and refused to deliver it. When I asked him to give me my money back he refused even that. I want my money back. Terrible customer service. The delivery person speaks no German, hardly any English and asked me to come to the parking lot of another hotel to pick up my food. I'm in a central hotel that everyone can find in Düsseldorf and they don't know it. He also spoke to me very rudely. He is a supplier in Germany who can neither find the main locations in the city nor speak any language other than Urdu properly.

The food tasted pretty good, but of course it didn't taste like reasonable Indian food. And when it comes to a plate that costs 11.90 euros, they are really stingy. For the money I would have been better off at any kebab shop. You never learn from mistakes again. I would have expected at least twice as much for the price!!!
