Basically, the prices here are higher than at comparable restaurants, in relation to the portion size, but it is quite unrivaled "out here". In terms of taste, there are some real bombshells here, like the appetizer platter, but then there are also dishes that could taste like something more. We actually always liked ordering there, but that was once... We ordered some food for delivery today through the restaurant's direct page. We were told at the time that this would be cheaper than ordering via Lieferando (which we usually did). After waiting almost 1.5 hours, we called the place because there was still no food in sight. We were then told on the phone that our order was in the system. However, it would currently be very full in the guest area. When we asked how long it would take, we were told: about 30 minutes. What can I say? After another full hour(!) our food finally arrived. In total, we waited a full 2.5 hours from the time we received the confirmation email until our food arrived! To make matters worse, the driver was anything but friendly. When we arrived we didn't ring the bell, instead we shouted up to the window to ask if we had ordered. And when she got to the door upstairs, it was clear that she didn't feel like walking to the 3rd floor. At the end it was clearly shown that it was unacceptable not to get a tip and my "goodbye" was skillfully ignored. But honestly: tip for what? My cell phone number was given when I ordered. So if you don't have the time or don't feel like delivering food in addition to your normal business, please call quickly and tell the customers. Please let us know that you cannot meet the time stated in the email and give the customer the choice to wait or cancel. But the fact that you have to wait 2.5 hours and then make a phone call yourself is simply completely unacceptable. It should be said that it was the second time that the order went so wrong. We have already ordered once via the system and after waiting for an hour we were told on the phone that our order was not in the system. Despite the confirmation email and order number. Back then I turned a blind eye to it. When it comes to the food, it's fair to say that it was always good and always arrived at least warm.
