A very disappointing experience at KFC Rames. I order regularly from KFC and often use the discount coupons – I've never had a problem before. However, this time I was treated extremely unprofessionally by the shift manager. I clearly stated that I wanted to order coupon number 248 twice. This wasn't the first time I'd ordered this coupon twice – so I know it's okay. However, after paying, I realized the amount was much higher than expected. When I asked, I was simply told, "You can't order the same coupon twice." Without explanation, without apology. Even worse: He didn't even understand me properly at first. It was a complete lack of communication and completely unprofessional. It seemed like an excuse to simply charge more money. I honestly felt cheated. Very disappointing behavior. I truly hope this incident is investigated, as it was in no way up to the standards I expect from KFC.
