I ordered a Lahmacun, which arrived completely cold. When I called to let the restaurant know this, the only answer I got was that the vegetables came from cold storage. She told me that 5-7 times. As a former restaurateur, this process is unknown to me. You take your vegetables out of the cold storage beforehand and let them warm up a little to room temperature. It's probably not known to the chefs there. The bottom line is that my food is now cold and not really edible and my phone call was simply ended by the rude lady on the other end.
