Have eaten there several times - again today - the food was of very good quality, attractively presented and made with noticeably very fresh ingredients. Despite a larger group in the Gatsraum, we didn't have to wait long and were served quickly and very friendly. We'll definitely be back.

So first of all: food was ok. I've eaten better, but also much worse. But: The ambience and the service? Sry. The service is running around like crazy. The younger one makes a face like a hundred years of bad mood. You don't have to say anything when serving. “Enjoy your meal” would be nice though. The cook or boss walks around in pants that resemble pajama bottoms and is wearing Crocs that look as if he has been in the garden several times. Guys, you really need to work on this. That really put a damper on the mood. Otherwise it is rather cool and without a pleasant atmosphere... EDIT: Unfortunately your answer makes it even worse! To respond to that... May I remind you that I stood at the counter for about 3 minutes and both of you had your backs to me? The young lady was more busy on her cell phone. I run a lot more than one restaurant and you can't see the mood of me or my employees. That's none of the customers' business. And if you would read carefully: appropriate clothing, a kind word, serving with an announcement, questions about whether it tastes good and everything is better. But if that's too much for you... just leave it like that.
