DIONYSOS Kronach - You saved our New Year's Eve! :) We spent the turn of the year 2024/2025 in Kronach. Since we didn't go home on New Year's Day - like most of the other guests - but had booked an extra night, we were faced with the (unforeseen) problem of finding a restaurant for dinner on New Year's Eve. Because: unfortunately neither our hotel restaurant nor almost all other restaurants/restaurants were open that evening. Only the kebab and pizza snack bar was open, but unfortunately that didn't correspond to our ideas of a worthy end to the holiday at the turn of the year. That evening the DIONYSOS stood out from the surf like a lighthouse: we were able to enjoy a wonderful dinner there. The service was super quick and very friendly, the food came quickly and was of excellent quality, we enjoyed it wonderfully. The prices for food and drinks are within normal limits and are actually below what we are used to at home (rural area, eastern Thuringia). In addition, in this country (Upper Franconia) there is still beer in 0.5 l glasses, so you can save yourself the trick with 0.4 l glasses at the 0.5 l price. Thank you!
