I attended Christian Sauer's cooking course with a group of 10 people, followed by dinner. It was excitingly funny and a culinary hit. We got a good impression of how complex it is to produce a menu and what high-quality products are used. Every brew, every jus, every oil has such power, but does not drown out the main player's own taste. The price-performance ratio in the lechline is perfect in all cases. I can only recommend taking a course or simply enjoying the menu with the absolutely harmonious wine accompaniment. Thank you to the whole team for a great day P.S.
