You can tell he doesn't care about customer satisfaction. I don't want to go into detail here, but he gave me a really bad comment when I was there and was dissatisfied with the order. Otherwise the other employees are great!

The food was very tasty, but the atmosphere wasn't that great for a first visit. An employee was bullied and scolded by his superior for what were actually quite small and unproblematic mistakes.
