During a short stay in Trier we went to the chambers two evenings in a row. The welcome was warm and the service was courteous but discreet in the background and not intrusive. On the first evening our food was excellent. While we were paying we started talking and were told that a new card would be available from the next day. After a brief explanation of the dishes, we decided to make a new reservation straight away and were not disappointed the next evening. It was excellent again.
