Hello! Normally I am a very peace-loving person and rarely complain. However, my visit to the Mc Donalds in Schleusingen this evening annoyed me so much that I absolutely have to get rid of it. The employees were listless, unmotivated and unfriendly. I thought to myself, no matter, I just want something to eat. At 10 p.m. I entered the store with my daughter. We sat on a bench and each ordered a Coke. While we were waiting for friends and drinking our coke, we realized that the seating for four people was a bit tight because each of us was still hungry and wanted to eat something. So we got up and looked for a bigger table. We didn't even get a chance to sit down. An employee came and told us that this area had already been cleaned and that we should kindly sit back down at our place. I explained to her that there were two more people coming and it was too tight. After all, the shop is open until midnight, so how can it be that at 10 p.m. all the chairs are already put up and areas with chairs are cordoned off. I didn't get an answer to that. For the second time, I felt completely unwelcome in this restaurant, everyone was totally annoyed and every step was actually too much. The burgers were slapped together listlessly... Can you still afford to treat customers like annoying appendages these days? I thought ok, maybe I'm a bit sensitive and I just read through all the Google reviews of this restaurant that say exactly the same thing... So it's not my fault or my perception. I'm self-employed, if I treated my customers like that, I would have been bankrupt for a long time... That's not possible... I'm really disappointed and angry...
