Absolutely disappointing! The first delivery was a disaster: ice-cold kebabs, the meat was still very light, the bread was barely toasted, and even though kebabs with cheddar were ordered, there were only leftovers. 2 out of 3 kebabs had almost no sauce. After calling the store we were treated unkindly, the employee showed no insight and constantly interrupted us. Only after repeated requests was a replacement delivery promised. When it finally arrived, it was incomplete. We gave the first delivery back to the driver. After a third (!) phone call, during which we also had to let ourselves be shouted at, a revised delivery finally arrived 1 ½ hours later. The driver was very friendly - in stark contrast to the rude employees in the store. Conclusion: Never again! This kind of treatment of customers is absolutely unacceptable.”

Went there for the first time today and really loved it. Well toasted flatbread, spicy meat and a good portion of vegetables and sauce. Exceptionally good kebab. We'll be back.

Update: things have changed a lot for the better. The service is extremely friendly, the food is fresh and there is nothing left to complain about.
