The monitor in the children's area has been broken for over a year, unfortunately it stinks there too. Vouchers often don't work and offers from the app sometimes don't work there. But some employees are very hard-working and friendly. After 2 years: it still stinks in the children's area and everything is broken. The monitor at the pickup counter has been broken for ages, you can't see when the order is ready for pickup and the employees have to call out the number and are always rowing even though they try very hard.

I ordered a King Sundae. To my dismay, the already small cup was only half filled with ice cream, what a shame. I've ordered ice cream there several times and unfortunately this happens all the time. Never again.
