We actually always enjoyed ordering here. Regardless of whether it was Yufka, kebab or pizza, we were very rarely disappointed. Deliveries were also rarely a problem. Sometimes it was quick, some days they had more to do, then it took a little longer with prior notice, no problem for us. The delivery was still really warm when it got here. Shortly before Christmas 2024, we ordered pizza again (2 x pizza). This again tasted wonderful, but there was a little surprise in a pizza. A piece of foil baked in the dough!!! Something like this simply shouldn't happen. Nobody can remember how much of it had already been eaten and how much of it had melted. The pizza ended up in the trash. We contacted the owner by email and pointed out the problem. At first we were told that the foil wasn't in the pizza because it couldn't withstand the temperatures in the oven. But she definitely came out of the dough. There were two of us and we both saw that the foil was baked into the dough. After some back and forth, we were supposed to get our money back for the pizza. We have offered several options for repayment (bank transfer, Paypal, Klarna, etc.). Even if the Harran company itself does not have any of these payment accounts, we are pretty sure that an employee would have been able to send or deposit this amount. Everything was not possible. We should collect our money in person. The stupid customer now has to chase his money. Our address is known, you could have simply put the repayment in the mailbox. You often drive through town and deliver to customers. Unfortunately nothing has happened as of today, March 11th, 2025, which is why our evaluation is now being carried out as announced. All that was required was the payment of one Pizza Harran. Very very unfortunate!!!
