We called to see if that was correct since we have children there, otherwise we would have canceled. On the phone they said it would take an hour. After 1 ½ hours there was still nothing, we called again and were told food was on the way. After 2 hours we called again and the same statement. After more than 2 hours we received the food, which was still at room temperature, some of it was already cold. Absolute no-go. Delays can happen, but then you shouldn't lie to customers. If it hadn't been about the children, I would have given the driver the food back. Definitely not there anymore!
