Unfriendly staff. Back then, they had really good chicken patties, but they've apparently been replaced with frozen patties, as well as the fries. Apparently, they have no interest in maintaining high quality, and the prices have gone up.

The food was fresh, attractively prepared and, as everyone at the table said, delicious!
