We ate at the Knusperhäuschen on Sunday based on a recommendation. What can you say 🤔 - “absolutely awesome” 😁. Thank you for finally delicious food again. We had the fish variations (skrei, black halibut, Icelandic salmon) on a bed of vegetables, Reichelsheimer tuber on a citrus butter stock. Everything to the point. Fish perfect, vegetables al dente, potatoes too. The service is very courteous and has some recommendations. The boss (cook) is extremely creative and you can taste that the cooking here is made with love. The greeting from the kitchen was a culinary delight 😋. What can you say?
