We have come here several times and today the food was again very good. A little additional training for the staff would be advisable. Sticky table, leftover cutlery was redistributed and as soon as a plate was empty it was cleared away, even if everyone else was still eating. Given the level of the Fliederhof, I would have expected something different. We'll be surprised again on our next visit.
