The food was, as always, very tasty. There is absolutely nothing wrong with that. Unfortunately this time the service left a lot to be desired. No waitress felt directly responsible for us. We had to wait a long time to place our order for dessert. Likewise with the invoice. Our table was not ideal. Opposite the kitchen and counter and then the large group that constantly went in and out to the terrace and never closed the doors. We sat in a draft, which wasn't pleasant given the outside temperatures. The staff was too few and probably slightly overwhelmed at the large closed evening party. You should also not neglect the other guests. We would have loved to leave a more generous tip - as usual. Yesterday we found it very difficult to even leave a tip. Too bad. As great and courteous and attentive as the service was on our last visit, we were very disappointed this time. You should at least have one waitress responsible for a table. Last visit it was perfect.

Our new regular restaurant thanks to Torsten and his team. Our wedding buffet was also fantastic, a real “palate orgasm”. See you soon for onion roast 🥰🥰🥰🥰 Kind regards Julia and Stephan

We celebrated our Christmas party in the Ratskeller in Ludwigsburg and unfortunately I didn't get the expectations I had hoped for. When we asked over the phone, we were assured that there would be chicken schnitzel instead of pork schnitzel. This was initially denied on site, but after asking again it was said that there would be a chicken version. Unfortunately, the colleagues who ordered the chicken schnitzel had to wait almost 40 minutes for their food, while the others had long since finished. When it finally arrived, the portion was disappointingly small - and for a whopping €22, which I found really unreasonable for what was on offer. The fries were overly salted and the dessert, a baked apple with vanilla sauce, also didn't live up to my expectations, especially given the price. Overall, the staff seemed a bit overwhelmed and didn't seem well prepared for the situation.
