We are truly disappointed. Although we used to enjoy ordering there, the negative experiences are piling up – sometimes with orders valued at over €45. The second-to-last time, we received a completely wrong order. After a phone call, we were assured that we would receive a replacement order of the same value as compensation. So far, so good – we thought. When we tried to place the replacement order by phone a few days later, we were suddenly told that it was "too stressful" and offered only a single burger instead. This was, of course, a far cry from the originally agreed-upon solution. Nevertheless, we tried again. We had arranged for another delivery for yesterday – but it never arrived. We called several times but were simply hung up. These repeated disappointments, the poor communication, and the unreliable service unfortunately clearly demonstrate that there is no real interest in customer satisfaction here. We have given the store more than enough chances and even regularly tipped – but now it's finally over. We won't order from here again.
