Normally, it's always great, but today was truly my worst visit. First of all, our pre-order was ignored and delayed until 40 minutes later. We ordered at 7:30 and had our order at 8:30. The cashier was also extremely rude and forgot about us. Furthermore, I ordered extra bacon, but they didn't put any on it, so I paid €1.50 for nothing. The burgers today were also much worse than usual because they were poorly packaged and completely soggy.
