Where do I start? I ordered via Lieferando. To make it quicker, I clicked on pickup myself. Unfortunately that didn't change anything. We had to wait an hour. When the time came, I went there to get the following answer: "Oh, another customer just took the order. I'm sorry. I'll call him to come back." After I waited ten minutes, I received my now cold food from the other customer. The blame was not placed on the customer; it was the other customer's fault. An apology... none. Compensation... none. Taste wise. It was okay. Maybe two stars. But what could go wrong with frozen nuggets, frozen fries, frozen patty? Too bad. It was a try because it's so close. But I probably won't order from there again. That's not how you treat customers. Because as a paying customer, I don't deserve to get cold food and no apology, nor is it the other customer's fault if the wrong food is put in his bag. It is not without reason that Lieferando generates an order number. It can't be that difficult to check these before issuing the order.

Ordered yesterday evening. Didn't manage to deliver everything what I ordered (they didn't had the dessert I ordered and gave me something else for this). I ordered online and they knew, that I pay with cash. Price was 44€ (Ordered for 3 people) and I wanted to pay with 50€. Delivery guy said, that bis boss didn't gave him any many so I had to give him a 6€ tip against my will. Will never again order there. Food was okay, fries weren't salted properly, the burgers tasted good.
