Where do I start? I ordered via Lieferando. To make it quicker, I clicked on pickup myself. Unfortunately that didn't change anything. We had to wait an hour. When the time came, I went there to get the following answer: "Oh, another customer just took the order. I'm sorry. I'll call him to come back." After I waited ten minutes, I received my now cold food from the other customer. The blame was not placed on the customer; it was the other customer's fault. An apology... none. Compensation... none. Taste wise. It was okay. Maybe two stars. But what could go wrong with frozen nuggets, frozen fries, frozen patty? Too bad. It was a try because it's so close. But I probably won't order from there again. That's not how you treat customers. Because as a paying customer, I don't deserve to get cold food and no apology, nor is it the other customer's fault if the wrong food is put in his bag. It is not without reason that Lieferando generates an order number. It can't be that difficult to check these before issuing the order.

The negative reviews here made me skeptical, but I still wanted to give the store a chance. I wasn't disappointed. Everything was finished on time and complete. The burgers, both chicken and beef, were very tasty and, in my opinion, really big for the price. The fries were crispy and flavorful. The best part, however, were the chicken fingers. Really thick and crispy breading with strong seasoning, plus a mild curry mango sauce, perfect. Parking is a bit difficult there, but I would still recommend it to everyone. See you next time!
