An imposition on all levels. The staff is incredibly arrogant and shows no respect for the guests - as a paying customer you feel like a nuisance. Anyone who treats their guests like this simply doesn't deserve their visit. This was definitely my last step over that doorstep! The fact that the owner doesn't change anything despite numerous catastrophic reviews speaks volumes. And the food? Underground! Overpriced! Frozen food in its purest form, tasteless, loveless and an insult to every palate. There's just nothing wrong here.

This is the second time I've ordered. Both times the chicken wings in the fingerfoos box were raw and even bloody. I called and asked for a solution and was told the boss would get in touch, but of course she didn't answer.
