Unfortunately the delivery didn't arrive, when asked they said the pizza was on the way, an hour later it came out, it was never prepared, 2 hours of waiting for nothing

Ordered a menu with pizza and salad via Lieferando, it only arrived after at least 1 hour, pizza was not cut and there was a dark hair in the salad. After I saw it, it was no longer edible anyway and I had to throw everything away. A day later I got a call from the restaurant saying that they would like it back with a voucher or a refund, but only on the condition that I remove my review. What a cheek, I didn't get any money back. Avoid at all costs
