We had reserved a table for New Year's Eve through the restaurant's official website. The reservation was confirmed to us via email and SMS. On December 30th We received a reminder email and SMS. Since we didn't check our emails during New Year's Eve, we found ourselves standing in front of a locked door on New Year's Eve. The restaurant was closed! In the email we received on December 31st. have received status: We are closed today. Our opening times are available on our website. We are very sorry that you overlooked this! What have we missed? We booked properly via the restaurant’s booking portal! The fact that we are still being blamed is outrageous. The customers are probably not welcome there.
