Bisher nur Kundin im Laden, diesmal Silvestermenü mit Familie. Weder dem Service noch dem Essen war der Schichtstress anzumerken, der Service war kompetent und freundlich, das Essen (mit Sonderwünschen) einfach nur sehr gut.

As a native of Pina who has lived in Berlin for many years, I happened to be at the organic restaurant StrandGut on a business trip. I liked it so much that I've been inviting family members here ever since - and everyone is really excited. A really great restaurant! There is a great starter buffet, a great selection of main courses and many wonderful, highly recommended non-alcoholic cocktails. What is particularly remarkable is the regionality and freshness of the food - you can tell that a lot of love and care is taken here. To my surprise, my grandparents, who usually insist on sausage and meat at every meal, chose a vegetarian dish. They were so excited because they couldn't believe how delicious a dish without meat could be. Normally in a traditional country inn you would expect vegetarian dishes to be salad or simple soup with bread, but you show us how to do it differently. It's great to see how such innovative concepts and ideas with passion can gain a foothold in my hometown, in the middle of Saxon Switzerland. You can notice the attention to detail not only in the furnishings and design of the guest room, but also in the food and service. Simply an all-round harmonious experience!
