Very tasty food! Very friendly staff!

Super delicious food, very friendly service

Was mich überrascht hat war auf den ersten Seiten der Speisekarte, befindet sich eine Beschreibung der Geschichte des Landes und der Gewohnheiten. Es ist ein sehr feines kleines Lokal wo die Reservierung der Sitzplätze aufgrund der Größe sinnvoll ist. Das Personal ist sehr freundlich und lacht viel und dadurch ist insgesamt eine sehr entspannte Atmosphäre vorhanden. Das Essen war sehr lecker und und es gab auch eine kleine Einweisung wie man am besten das Essen mit den Händen isst, es gibt aber natürlich auch auf Wunsch Besteck zum Essen. Ich werde da sehr gerne mal wieder essen gehen.

We had the Jambo special platter for 4 people and were very impressed. The food was simply great! (Repeat factor 10/10) The location is comfortably furnished and has pleasant music. This was my third visit in the last 5 years and it is still consistently positive. We'd love to come back!

It was very tasty and beautifully presented. I had the vegan mixed platter “Beyaynetu-Afrika-Teller” with the typical sourdough flatbread and my girlfriend had the same with couscous. The couscous was very tasty and well seasoned. Everything was nice and spicy and really tasty. The service was very nice. We'll definitely be back! It took an hour to get the food, but we got our drinks very quickly and there was only one person there to take care of everyone. If you have some time, it's completely ok. The only drawback was that there wasn't much of a selection of non-alcoholic drinks. I expected something more. There was Cola, Fanta, water and apple juice spritzer, but I would probably have liked a juice spritzer made from currants, rhubarb, or something similar. There was beer and wine. So really just complaining at a high level. Overall I was pleasantly surprised and will definitely come back! :)
