The food tastes good, the delivery and service are a disaster. So far almost every delivery has been faulty or has taken forever. Often we didn’t even complain if it was “little things”. Today an entire main course was missing. The first subsequent delivery was wrong - another starter arrived. Called again. The highlight then came: we were called back - they wanted the incorrectly delivered starter back... As a small apology, you could have “spend” the starter for €5, no apology or anything like that. However, the question that is much more exciting for us is: Will the next customer actually get the food that was already in our home?! Sorry, customer service is absolutely disgusting.
