Terrible service: Called at noon at 1:00 p.m. Wanted to place an order for 6:30 p.m. (Delivery) You don't understand anything, someone should answer the phone who has some knowledge of the German language. English would have been fine with me too. After I “finally” explained to him that we only wanted delivery, he said okay. Someone should come at 6:30 p.m. Well...unfortunately no one came. So much for good service. Anyway... Of course I called and asked where our order was? The answer: we don't have a driver?! Then why is the order accepted? If they had said “no, no driver available”. That would have been okay and we would have ordered somewhere else. Conclusion: The 3.9 rating is clearly too high!! Why are orders accepted for delivery that cannot be fulfilled? bad reputation!!
