The food was ok, but service was catastrophic, as if they were offering food for free, the first and last time

Food was great, service could be much better. I was here twice and unfortunately had very different experiences. Everything was good the first time, unfortunately the service last time was subpar. After ordering, the drinks were simply placed at the head of the table and we had to pass the food ourselves. We weren't sitting in such a way that it would have been impossible to serve them to the guest as usual. After the main course there was no further request for drinks. The store wasn't so full now that that could explain it. It's actually a shame because the food was very good.
