Hands off! Unfortunately, the times when the food here was delicious are over since the operator changed. Don't even think about using the delivery service (e.g. via well-known relevant providers)... We ordered 2 burger menus on Saturday at 8:30 p.m. At first it was said that delivery time would be 60 minutes, but this quickly turned into a delivery announcement for 10:04 p.m. At 11:10 p.m. there was still no delivery. (Mind you, the "restaurant" closes at 10 p.m.); we gave up waiting and - after informing the delivery service provider about the non-delivery - went to bed. At around 11.45 p.m. the bell rang - obviously they wanted to deliver the delivery to us after all - more than 3 hours after ordering, almost 2 hours after the restaurant closed - no, thank you, we didn't do that. The next day we wrote a review for the delivery service provider for this "restaurant" - and lo and behold, we were not alone... several people had had the same experience. Since there was no response from the delivery service provider we had emailed, we used PayPal buyer protection yesterday. At least we have the 35 euros for 2 burger menus back. However, the review was immediately deleted by the delivery service provider (presumably by the “restaurant”). Many other bad reviews suddenly disappeared there too. Quite a strange way to deal with customer complaints. Ignoring it and hoping for other stupid people to order there doesn't seem to be a good solution to me. In any case, "this store" is now on the personal blacklist - NEVER AGAIN! Even the one mandatory star that you have to give is exactly one star too many.
