About the restaurant: We were forced to have lunch in the restaurant. None of the guests really liked it. Even the funny-looking but poorly programmed robot that serves the food couldn't make up for it. Things weren't any better at the following dinner there. The food was almost always just convenience food or deep fryer food; there were almost no fresh or even home-cooked portions. Not even the dips were special, every chip shop or kebab shop can do better. The cookie was forgotten with my hot (vending machine) chocolate. And the service wasn't the fastest either. Although the portions were large enough, the price-performance ratio was completely inadequate. For significantly less I can eat well in an upscale restaurant. 10 euros for a portion of sweet potato fries with mayonnaise is really outrageous! But apparently you don't have to rely on regular guests, you just take advantage of the good location. About the hotel room: The room was fine, but there was no double bed as stated in the invoice. There were two single beds pushed together. Not comfortable for a couple with a small child to sleep in due to the visitor crack. A few reading lamps that you can turn on from bed were missing. The cleanliness was okay, although one bed sheet had questionable stains. In general the bedding made a very worn impression. Replacing them with new bed linen is highly recommended. In addition, the bathroom ventilation needs to be cleaned, it was completely black. Cobwebs on the windows should also be removed regularly. In a friend's room there was a double bunk bed without fall protection that could not be used. That doesn't work at all! The worst thing was the unfriendly greeting from the service when we arrived at 12 p.m. that check-in was only possible at 3 p.m. (we hadn't booked the room ourselves). Funnily enough, the tablet in the room said 2 p.m. was possible. In addition, we found out afterwards that no guest had had the room before us and we could have basically checked in earlier.
