Disappointing experience at Panorama Restaurant Loreley Unfortunately, I have to say that my visit to the Panorama Restaurant Loreley was anything but pleasant. I have already been turned away at the door three times - and each time in a less than friendly manner. I was advised to call ahead, but unfortunately the phone line is always just a voicemail and no one responds to calls back. Apparently there seems to be no interest in individual guests in the restaurant. I had the impression that you were only welcome if you drove up with a bus full of tourists. Anything else makes you feel unwanted. Despite the beautiful view and the good location, the service leaves a lot to be desired. Unfortunately, this experience destroyed any desire to visit again. It's a shame that the Panorama Restaurant Loreley places so little value on personal contact and obviously only prefers large groups.
