Edit: We were only here again last week (Feb. 2025) as the next Macces would have been too far away. Absolutely nothing has changed. Picked up at the DriveIn and checked in the parking lot. AGAIN, in an order for 5 people (i.e. NOT a large order, there were only 3 menus, the rest were individual burgers / nuggets), the 20 nuggets and a burger were missing, there would have been drama at home with the boys! When I went in with the bags, the employee looked at me with a raised eyebrow: "What's going on now?" I showed all the bags and got my things with an apology to the management. Since these of course took a while, the other things got cold... First entry: I haven't had such an incompetent bunch of employees in a long time! Something is forgotten with almost every drive-thru order! I know this and complain immediately. My husband doesn't learn anymore either... Today 3 complete burgers were missing again!!! And no little ones! There was a lot of drama at home with the three kids. And the MC Sundae voucher that you get as compensation if you complain doesn't make up for the amount and the current hunger! We order a maximum of once a quarter because it's not cheap for a larger family, and EVERY time you get cheated (toys, sauces, fries or several burgers) and despite multiple complaints, NOTHING changes! The Dogan used to be good. Earlier. Because even before Corona times, he was getting really bad. Cartilage in the flesh, which is partially burned. Sauce is tasteless. I wanted to know again and went again. Unfortunately I was totally disappointed again. Such disgusting meat, sorry, I'll never go there again. They were never friendly there, but you could ignore it as long as the quality was still okay.

We ordered via Lieferando. This was also our last order from Feuerwok BBZ. Food was cold, the duck was like chewing gum, the vegetables weren't cooked through.
